Please be aware that the transfer from your hotel to the boat and all eventual clearance are not included in the charter fee.
In the unfortunate event that the customer cancels the charter, the deposit will be non-refundable. However, in the unlikely scenario that Catamaran San Blas & Sint Maarten needs to cancel the charter due to safety concerns, the deposit will be refunded to the customer (minus bank fees).
We reserve the right to cancel the charter if the health and safety of our guests and crew are at risk due to a sanitary obligation, such as border closure due to COVID-19. In such cases, we will refund the deposit or reschedule the charter within the next 3 month.
